The houses are situated in a residential
area with mostly houses. There are no amenities; for these, you have to
drive to Lajares, about a 10-minute drive. There are several swimming
pools for residents; the grounds are largely volcanic. |

The house isn't huge, but it's spacious
enough. There's a double bed (140 to 150 cm) in a separate bedroom and a
large sofa bed in the living room, which also has an open-plan kitchen.
There's a lovely bathroom, a garden with sun loungers, and a roof
terrace. |
