space	Good. Our space had a room with a queen and a room with a single bed and a small kitchen area with a water cooker, 2 chairs and a table.
appearance	The sleeping rooms are on the ground floor or the 1 floor in a wing of the house
beds	narrow and unsteady, although some people seem to like a queen size box-spring
